Inch Valley Verjuice

Made from crab apples or red plums, this lightly fermented, rose-coloured verjuice is milder than vinegar and more subtle than lemon juice. It has many uses in both sweet and savoury dishes or as a refreshing drink, either on its own or with water or spirits. A leaflet with information and recipes is attached to the bottle to help consumers familiarise themselves with this delicious product which is not so well known in New Zealand.
