Lemon Honey
An old favourite with many uses, try it stirred lightly into whipped cream to top a pavlova with strawberries — yum!

Lime and Passionfruit Honey
A really special flavour and which is all too easy to sneak a sly spoonful or two! This is great on toast or scones, but also can be used in hot and cold desserts, or to change a plain sponge into a luscious gateau.

Creamed Thyme Honey
The bees have been very busy in the Central Otago wild Thyme fields collecting all the pollen and produced the most beautiful, gently thyme flavoured nectar for you to enjoy.

Kilmog Gold (Honey)
Kilmog gold is a rich honey with a gentle smokey flavour. This is a multi flora honey that comes from a variety of flowers growing in the Kilmog area inland from Dunedin. This honey will not disappoint.

Lemon, lime Butter
A rich, smooth citrus curd reminiscent of a lemon meringue pie. This curd can be used on toast, in a sponge or on ice- cream. Your imagination is the only limitation.

Quince Spread
Firmer than a honey but not as firm as a paste, this quince spread can be used happily with sweet and savoury flavours. It is particularly useful in reducing the sweetness of a very rich dessert or in bringing out the flavours of pork, venison, turkey and duck. Quince and apple tart is a simple but delicious dessert and our quince spread makes a great addition to a ploughman’s platter.

Apricot and Cardamom Paste
A lovely smooth paste with the beautiful fragrant flavour of cardamom to accompany meats and cheeses.

Cherry and Pomegranate Paste
When you put this beautiful paste on a cracker with your favourite cheese you are transported to the festive season in an instant with a burst of rich, lightly spiced, fruity flavour.

Damson and Vanilla
Damsons are small blue plums with a lovely bloom on the skin. Combined with vanilla bean, it produces a richly coloured and flavoured fruit paste to serve with the cheeseboard, red meats, pork and ham; also delicious with savoury crackers and nuts.

Quince Paste
This is a smooth, firm, tangy paste that is front and centre on any cheeseboard or in any picnic basket and will marry beautifully with any cheese you choose.
